We work mostly from our corporate offices in Shoreview/North Oaks as well as from our home office in Blaine. Our full-time Associate and Client Care Manager is also a licensed Realtor.  We are often there from 11:00 AM onwards so we catch 90% of our phone calls "live." Nimi also has a real estate license. Nimi does a lot of the on-site work, including signage, deliver contracts, take photos, etc. Luke also does occasional open houses or shows houses when we get very busy. Luke’s involvement allows Nimi and Ray more time to spend working with and for their clients. We also have a full staff of virtual assistants. Our team handles our printing and advertising needs and manage our many websites.
