Through comprehensive training and experience, CDPEs are able to provide solutions for homeowners facing hardships in today’s market, such as short sales.

designation include a comprehensive course in buyer representation,
a written examination on legal and practical aspects of client representation,
and practical experience in the field of buyer representation.
Ray is a Senior Real Estate Specialist. The
"SRES" designation certifies that Ray has the knowledge, experience
and expertise to be a seniors real estate specialist and counselor.
